I have wanted to give boxing a go from a young age and after a big injury I started letting myself go and over a period of 6 months or so (xmas included), I found myself well out of shape and uncomfortable with my size.
I received 6 training sessions with Danny for Xmas and after the "taster session" I wasnt too sure whether to thank the family for this present or cry, haha. Danny really put me through my paces and has continued to push me throughout all of the sessions, it never got easier. However it has been well worth it with the improvements I have seen as he not only trained me but also educated me with nutritional advice and workout exercises that has also helped my past injury problems.
I can safely say that he has helped me find enjoyment in exercise and I couldnt recommend him enough, im sure there are many people around my age (22) with busy lifestyles, first jobs coming in etc that struggle to find time for the gym. Danny is very versatile and will try his best to work around your schedule- There is ALWAYS time and he will get you back in the gym and back into shape no problems.

I saw Danny's flyer on our local golf club notice board and, being 64 years of age and not having done any real physical exercise for a long time, I decided I should do something about my fitness.
During the first free assessment session Danny was able to work out a program suitable for my age and physical condition at that time.
Now after only five one hour sessions so far, I feel so much better in myself and am already beginning to feel the benefits. Plus I have found that I really enjoy it, especially the boxing training. I'll soon be knocking you out in the gym Danny. Ha Ha!!
Danny is a great guy and I can't recommend his fitness assessment and program enough, for all ages, both male and female.

I have been training in my local gym for a few years and although I began with the right intentions, I gradually lost the will to train and then lost all motivation. After chatting to a friend, I decided to try out personal training and was very lucky to be recommended Danny. The chance to try boxing fitness training really encouraged me. I’ve been training with Danny for a few months now and even though it’s only twice a week I’ve achieved much more than I ever managed to do on my own. I now feel so much more motivation to train, I love the fact that I’m learning something new each training session and having fun at the same time.

Since I began training with Danny at the Secret Studio a few months ago, I have achieved more personal goals than I dreamt I could in a year let alone in a few months. I can't believe I can fit into my favourite clothes without the tight squeeze and run around with the kids without getting out of breath! The Secret Studio is the perfect envronment for me as I managed to find too many distractions in the members only gym i used to go to so that I didn't have to do too much hard work. I can't believe I actually look forward to my appointments with Danny and that I've finally found a way to get fit and healthier in a realistic way that I really enjoy. Thanks Danny for continuing to motivate me and get me moving!

Since training with Danny I have found that I am more energised so I am able to do more, feel less tired and can get more achieved in the same time. Training at Danny's gym is perfect for me, no mirror-covered room or waiting to get on the next machine, faced by a variety of onlookers. This allows me to feel more relaxed when I'm training and be more motivated to push myself that bit further, so in the end I achieve more.
The variety of excerises that can be done with the equipment amazes me, as does Danny's own ingenuity in creating different routines for each session, something that keeps the mind as stimulated as the body!
My journey has made me realise that health is not just about what the scales say, but also about being fitter and stronger. Danny's tracking of my achievements and capabilities really help to bring home exactly how far I've come since starting.
